Handbook

Status: stub. The handbook teaches the open-science research stack — BIDS, DataLad, Snakemake, Marimo, Quarto/MkDocs, projio, and agentic workflows on top — as a coherent whole. projio enters as the layer that knows about the stack below it; the agent layer is last. See _outline.md for the full structural spec.
